The focus is on building confidence, consistency, and enjoyment in movement, helping you gradually reduce fatigue, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being. With personalised guidance and support, you’ll create a sustainable approach to staying active that fits your lifestyle, even if you’ve never been “into exercise.”


4-Week Program

  • Week 1: 1.5-hour assessment and personalised strategy session

  • Weeks 2–4: Three 30–45 minute weekly debrief and support sessions to track progress, address challenges, and stay motivated
